Good sized rooms.

We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom apartment & were very happy with it. The beds were very comfortable. And I like the fact we had our own kitchen facilities. The room was very spacious & clean. I also liked the free shuttle they had that did a circuit around all the shopping & tourist areas.

Just want to say one thing,the mini bar of the room,that was the good facilities however when we return we paid full money of the drinks item where as we didn’t finish at all.

Generally I enjoyed my stay,great location and freindly staff

I liked the room,and all the Aussie tv channels was a bonus

The frozen butter(ha ha) My room next to the pool was a noisy one(I don't swim) Putting the clean my room sign out early and being ignored

Stayed here many times, just be prepared for unsupervised children running around screaming

Location fantastic in the middle between poppies 1 and 2. Rooms large and clean, great aircon, you can drink the water here! breakfast is amazing, pools you have 3 to choose from, Australian (and indo) power points are in every room would you believe so you don;t need an adapter! Staff are beautiful people, the Kuta townhouse is a no brainer, value for money especially when its on special.

Screaming unsupervised Australian children, we have nicknamed this hotel "The Bogan Hilton" The pool area becomes a babysitter while fat Australian's drink "cold piss" and watch the footy.

It's a nice place, not the easiest for a grab to take you there, but all in all 7.5 out of 10 is rea

Staff are friendly and the cleanliness is top notch.

The buffet is average at best and the food there is pricey for what it is. Was good for families but if you plan on waking up with a hangover don't expect to wake up at your own leisure or get much of the pool as there were kids everywhere

Not as good as first stay....

Staff and restaurants are great, especially the all you can each bbq!! Rooms are fab standard, great sizes and clean. Love the location, I travel a lot and alone so it’s convenient to walk into Centre alone.

For me, I didn’t like the pop music going on full blast at at 730 breakfast time, maybe something a little quieter and more relaxing and that time of day! I stayed in other side of hotel before and was much nicer/quieter. I was also very disappointed with a trip I bought-but that is not the hotels fault, I will advise them and complain to your company.

Suggestion of automation of some sort in main toilets, rooms and bathrooms only because the water smells in Bali. Some under bathroom cabinets are poorly concreted which looks tacky to an otherwise nice bathroom

Good stay

Hot showers, nice pool, good breakfast, close location to many restaurants, beach and shopping

People on the street can be a bit noisy. At breakfast I was not allowed till fill my water bottle, was told can only use the little glasses. Was not able to have a late check out.

Located in small street, hotel amenities old style but clean. Suitable for family / group

1. it's in the middle between kuta n legian, 10mins walking distance to both area. 2. Lots of restaurant , shops

1. wardrobe hanging rod is too high, normal asian cannot reach unless you are 6 feets 2. plug was on top of desk mirror , to reach the plug, u have to step on chair. 3. small street, not easy for a car to drive in.

Staff were good. Room was good. Other guests that let their kids run feral...not so good,

Room was big and the AC worked really well. Clean too.

Too many screaming kids until early hours of the morning. The issue was with parents that don't mind their children, not with the hotel
